Action Plan - Week Beginning 6th October

This week we will be continuing with the montage scene. The rubbish bin and the interior train carriage. I haven't got a lot work to do on the puppets as I managed to get a lot of it done last week. We are still waiting on the costume designer for fridays costume, but she already has the puppet we will be using so I wont have any changes to do, only putting a new head on.

Monday
  • No puppeteering scheduled, so I will be able to work on putting a rod into the burger bun
  • Finish the wigs for the burger man character. I have done one already but in the shot he will need three expression changes, which means three wigs!

Tuesday
  • This is the first day of the rubbish bin part of the montage. It is set outside the nightclub where a man eating a burger will drop some littler and walk off. Glenn will then enter and pick up the litter, but Manny will stop him from putting it in the bin.
  • Attach arm rods into puppets
  • I will be puppeteering with Simon, Will and Hedley.
  • Be on standby for puppet repairs and maintenance

Wednesday
  • I will need to pin Manny's hands to the Burger Man's rods so that it will look like Manny is controlling him when moving Burger Man's rods.
  • Puppeteering with Hedley and Will.
  • Be on standby for puppet repairs and maintenance

Thursday
  • I will help strike the set and then while the train carriage shot is being set up
  • I need to make a wig for Glenda, the woman sat next to Glenn on the train.
  • I also need to put different arms on Manny because his current arms are starting to get a little tatty.

Friday
  • First day of the train carriage shot, starting with Glenn and Manny sat next to each other. I will need to place them in the carriage
  • Puppeteering with Will and Hedley.
  • Glenda's costume should arrive mid morning, I will need to put a rod in her and put the head on. She will be used in the shots after lunch.
  • Be on standby for puppet repairs and maintenance
