Boxtrolls

The directors from The Boxtrolls visited the school and did a half an hour talk with some behind the scenes photos and videos, including original concept art, animatics and shots before they were edited in post. There was also the opportunity to meet the puppets afterwards and talk to the directors! It was very interesting, although they had no answers on how things were made as they were not involved with that side of things!

It was so exciting to get the opportunity to touch the puppets. It's fascinating how the boxes are actually silicone but look so much like card!
